Job Title: Sales Executive (Computer & IT Hardware)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Counter Sales: Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements for laptops, desktops, and accessories.
Product Demonstration: Explain technical specifications (Processor, RAM, SSD, etc.) of different brands like Dell, HP, and Lenovo to customers in an easy-to-understand way.
Upselling: Suggest relevant accessories (mice, keyboards, laptop bags, printers) to increase the total bill value.
Inventory Management: Keep track of stock on the display shelves and ensure all products are clean and well-presented.
Customer Relationship: Follow up with potential leads and maintain a record of customer inquiries.
Reporting: Maintain a daily sales report and assist in billing.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a passion for gadgets are welcome!).
Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus).
Confidential and persuasive personality.
Preference: Candidates living in Pimpri-Chinchwad or nearby areas.
