Job Responsibilities:

Source loan clients as per business targets

Ensure strict credit discipline and zero defaults

Monitor loan portfolio through regular visits

Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures

Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting

Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction

Complete loan contracts, including documentation and fee collection

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline

Age limit: up to 30 years

Must own a vehicle and valid driving license
