Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, Whatsapp, and online platforms

• Generate and qualify leads from various sources

• Present and promote Crio Toys products to retailers, distributors, and institutional clients through B2B sales channels.

• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems

• Process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately

• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams for timely order fulfillment

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support
