Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive B2C sales and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales deals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth strategy while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in B2C sales.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Salary: 12k - 15k +Incentives
