Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
