We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy, and ethically driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Fundskrit, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their financial goals, and introducing them to our tailored mutual fund and insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify, pitch, and onboard retail and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWIs) clients for mutual funds, SIPs, and insurance products.
Relationship Management: Maintain regular touchpoints with acquired clients via professional communication channels, providing portfolio updates and ensuring high retention.
Market & Product Awareness: Stay updated on Indian financial market trends, equity/debt market movements, and new insurance/mutual fund offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
Compliance: Ensure all client onboarding, documentation, and sales processes strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines (SEBI, IRDAI) and internal company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services sector (Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance).
Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. (NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification is a major advantage).
