Core Role Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new hospital accounts, clinics, and diagnostic centers within the assigned territory.
Product Demonstration: Coordinate high-impact demonstrations equipment to doctors and procurement heads.
Consultative Selling: Understand the needs of healthcare providers and recommend tailored equipment solutions.
Relationship Management: Maintain the 25-year trust Ikon has built with its existing customers through regular follow-ups and service coordination.
A Day in the Life (Everyday Activities)
A career at Ikon is dynamic and field-intensive. Travel is a core component (70%) of this role, as our impact happens on the hospital floor, not behind a desk.
Morning plan of action meetings
Visit sites to promote products and generate enquiries
Site visits, contacts and meeting notes to be logged in the CRM tool
Review and planning meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1–4 years
Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle and a high willingness to travel (70% of the time)
Skills: Strong communication in Telugu and English; ability to explain technical specifications in simple terms to customers.
