A Two-Wheeler Loan Executive is responsible for generating loan business, handling customer queries, and processing loan applications for two-wheeler financing. The role involves working closely with dealerships, customers, and financial institutions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for two-wheeler loans through dealers, showrooms, and field work
Explain loan products, interest rates, and repayment options to customers
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, etc.)
Process loan applications and coordinate with banks/NBFCs
Ensure quick loan approval and disbursement
Maintain relationships with dealers and customers
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
Follow up on pending cases and resolve customer issues
Maintain proper records and update CRM systems
🧠 Required Skills
Strong communication and sales skills
Knowledge of loan products and basic finance
Ability to work on targets and under pressure
Good negotiation and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
🎓 Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in sales, finance, or loan sector
💼 Preferred Experience
Experience in two-wheeler finance / NBFC / dealership sales
Knowledge of companies like Bajaj Finance, Hero FinCorp, TVS Credit
💰 Salary Range (India)
₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month + incentives
High performers can earn additional bonuses
📍 Work Environment
Field job + showroom visits
Travel required within assigned area
