🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage advisors/agents under the agency model.

• Drive sales through advisors and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.

• Conduct regular training and performance tracking of advisors.

• Maintain a high level of customer relationship and business ethics.

• Coordinate with the bank branch and other internal departments for business development. 🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: / Graduate

• Experience: 1 to 5+ years

• Preference: Candidates with insurance/banking/sales background

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills

• CTC: ₹2.0 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives (based on experience and interview)
