Position: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up on leads (provided by the company and self-generated).
• Conduct site visits and explain solar solutions to customers.
• Convert residential and commercial leads into successful orders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (solar, electrical, real estate, or similar field preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
• Basic knowledge of solar/renewable energy is an advantage (training will be provided).
Compensation:
• Fixed salary + attractive incentive per kW/system closed.
• Fuel/travel allowance provided.
