We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to join our energetic sales team. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, conduct site visits and close sales deals while achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet clients at project sites and present property details.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

Conduct site visits and provide property demonstrations.

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.

Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead follow-up.

Stay updated with current market trends, competitor projects and pricing.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.

Minimum 1-year experience in real estate sales like Plots, Apartments & Villas.

Confident in client handling and negotiation.

Self-motivated, goal-driven and target-oriented.

Education:

Any Degree or Diploma
