Job Description
HFM Solar is hiring a Sales Executive with 2+ years of solar sales experience to generate leads, acquire clients, and close solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close leads for Solar Rooftop (Residential, Commercial & Industrial) projects.
Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and coordinate with engineering teams.
Educate customers on solar solutions, ROI, MNRE subsidies, and net metering.
Prepare quotations & proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate data and submit sales reports.
Coordinate with installation, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution.
Stay updated with MNRE guidelines, state policies, and solar market trends

Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in solar sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, structures.

Qualifications
BBA/MBA/ Diploma in solar energy
Experience Requirement
Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industry
Rooftop solar project sales experience is highly preferred
