Sales Executive / Salesman

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Salesman to join our team at H.G.S Machines Pvt. Ltd. The role requires candidates who can generate new customers and sell our printed fabrics by visiting potential clients, conducting door-to-door sales visits, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers, shops, garment manufacturers, boutiques, and other relevant businesses to promote and sell our printed fabrics.

• Generate new leads through door-to-door visits, cold calling, and references.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable fabric and printing options.

• Follow up regularly with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain records of customers, leads, orders, and follow-ups.

• Collect market feedback and share customer requirements and competitor information with management.

• Coordinate with the office/team regarding customer orders and deliveries.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / Field Sales preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Willingness to travel and conduct field/door-to-door sales visits.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic negotiation and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

• Must be hardworking, confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
