• Real estate market knowledge: Deep understanding of local real estate market conditions, property values, and industry trends.

• Customer service: A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Organization and time management: Ability to manage multiple leads, clients, and viewings simultaneously, including meeting sales targets.

• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools is beneficial.
