Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating bus ticket bookings by developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and retail partners, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires regular market visits, customer acquisition, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners.
Generate bus ticket booking business through field sales activities.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships with existing clients.
Promote company routes, services, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Increase ticket bookings and market presence within the assigned territory.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Ensure timely collection of payments, where applicable.
Coordinate with the operations and reservations team for smooth booking services.
Maintain daily visit reports (DVR) and submit sales reports.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and promotional activities.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
HSC with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or the travel industry.
Experience in bus booking, travel agency sales, or B2B sales will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Possesses a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Good presentation and convincing skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
