We are looking for Sales Executive at Gujarat Travels - India

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities:                           

1. Promote Gujarat Travels app and website at branch locations and make customers understand benefits of them.

2. Visit multiple branches to deploy marketing materials.

3. Meet customers on the floor and guide them on bookings and available travel offers and programs.

4. Call existing and potential customers to explain the loyalty program, offers, discounts and app benefits.          

5. Handle inbound and outbound customer communication through calls, emails and chats.

6. Drive app installations and encourage customers to shift to online booking.                
 

Skills Required:                                    

1. Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.

2. Field marketing ability and willingness to travel.

3. Basic digital literacy.

4. Relationship-building mindset.                       

5. Good listening skills and patience in handling customer concerns.

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
