We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of elevator (lift) solutions in the Mumbai region. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding requirements, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, consultants, and builders.
Meet architects, builders, contractors, and end customers to promote elevator products.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Coordinate with design, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing or related field.
1–5 years of experience in elevator/lift industry or related construction sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of elevator products, components, and basic technical concepts.
Ability to handle clients and close deals independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Local market knowledge of Mumbai is preferred.
