Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Property Management Services (PMS) Department: Sales & Property Management Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Property Management Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate and rental market, with the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process of vacant properties. This role involves both fieldwork and client interactions, including conducting site visits, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities:  Manage the end-to-end sales process for vacant properties under Property Management Services.  Conduct site visits and property inspections as and when required.  Generate leads through offline real estate networks, brokers, and referrals.  Maintain and update client and property databases as per company standards.  Assist in preparing property-related documents and necessary paperwork.  Understand the local rental market trends and provide insights to improve occupancy and rental value.  Coordinate with the operations team for property readiness and tenant move-ins.  Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups. Skills & Qualifications:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proficiency in English and knowledge of local languages (preferred).  Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.  Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.  Good understanding of the real estate and rental market.  Willingness to work on field assignments and conduct regular site visits.  High levels of energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and self-motivation. Experience & Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.  1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or a similar field preferred.
