Job Title: Sales Executive – Property Management Services (PMS) Department: Sales & Property Management Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Property Management Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate and rental market, with the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process of vacant properties. This role involves both fieldwork and client interactions, including conducting site visits, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end sales process for vacant properties under Property Management Services. Conduct site visits and property inspections as and when required. Generate leads through offline real estate networks, brokers, and referrals. Maintain and update client and property databases as per company standards. Assist in preparing property-related documents and necessary paperwork. Understand the local rental market trends and provide insights to improve occupancy and rental value. Coordinate with the operations team for property readiness and tenant move-ins. Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and knowledge of local languages (preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills. Good understanding of the real estate and rental market. Willingness to work on field assignments and conduct regular site visits. High levels of energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and self-motivation. Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or a similar field preferred.
