Sales Executive

• Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, site visits, and participation in industry events.

• Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Customized Solution Presentation: Conduct client meetings to understand their interior design needs and present tailored solutions, including design concepts, services, and pricing.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close high-value deals to secure long-term clients.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Collaboration with Design & Project Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project statuses in the CRM system. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management
