Job Title: UOP Outlet Support Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive candidates to support the operations and growth of UOP outlets. The role involves traveling to different outlet locations, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining product displays, managing inventory, supporting franchise partners, and presenting the UOP business concept to prospective leads. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
.Travel to various UOP outlets to provide operational support and troubleshoot store-related issues.
.Maintain, monitor, and support the day-to-day operations of UOP stores.
.Conduct regular hub and outlet visits to ensure operational standards are maintained.
.Ensure attractive product displays and visual merchandising as per company guidelines.
.Present products effectively to customers and franchise partners.
.Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate timely restocking of products.
.Verify product availability, shelf organization, pricing, and outlet cleanliness.
.Assist franchise partners in resolving operational challenges and implementing company processes.
.Execute company strategies to support the overall growth and performance of franchise outlets.
.Present the UOP business concept to company-generated leads and assist in franchise development.
.Prepare outlet visit reports and share observations and recommendations with the management team.
.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth outlet operations.
