We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon (Sector 47). The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property showings, and driving sales closures. You will be the face of the company for prospective buyers and play a key role in achieving our sales targets.
Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, digital campaigns).
Identify and qualify potential buyers and investors for residential/commercial properties.
Conduct property site visits, presentations, and explain project details to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Maintain proper sales records, CRM updates, and regular reporting to management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth sales execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1 – 4 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication can apply).
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
Willingness to work on weekends/extended hours as per client requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
