Job Description:

The incumbent would also be responsible for the following.

• Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated or cold-knocking [Door-to-Door]

• Conducting appliance health check-up and demo of appliances.

• Sale of appliances & annual maintenance contracts to consumers

• Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations, if any

• To incite customers for exchange of their old appliances.
