We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, and closing vehicle sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for automobiles.
Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget
Present and demonstrate automobiles, explaining features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, follow-up calls, and digital platforms
Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and safety features
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Stay updated on new vehicle models, market trends, and competitor offerings
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer queries or complaints professionally
10th /12th /Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automobile industry (1- 10 years preferred) & fresher can also apply
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Valid driving license
Sales and persuasion skills
