Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and references
Meet customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product/service solutions
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or sales systems
Coordinate with survey, production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales follow-ups
Collect payments as per agreed terms and ensure timely realization
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
