Job Description

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential projects (apartments, villas, plots)

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects from FourQuarters’ builder portfolio

  • Schedule and conduct site visits with clients and provide property consultations

  • Follow up with prospects and close sales through structured negotiation and persuasion

  • Build relationships with developers and update inventory, pricing, and offers

  • Maintain CRM updates and prepare daily/weekly reports

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance

    ✅ Requirements:

    • 6months- 1year of sales experience in real estate (primary sales preferred)

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Kannada, and regional languages a plus)

    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused

    • Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally for site visits
