Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage commercial and residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong sales capabilities, client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

📍 Location: Sujangarh (Churu)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA)

💼 Role & Responsibilities

✔ Generate and follow up on potential sales leads
✔ Conduct site visits and explain project features to clients
✔ Handle client queries and build strong relationships
✔ Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Maintain sales records and prepare reports
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
