Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

  • Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, or channel partners (if applicable)

  • Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and partners

  • Promote company products/services and explain features & benefits

  • Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management

  • Execute sales promotions, campaigns, and product launches

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
