Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and driven Field Sales Executive to manage sales activities for our German Tent product line across Maharashtra and Gujarat. The role involves direct interaction with event decorators, wedding planners, hospitality clients, and other relevant stakeholders to generate new business and nurture existing relationships. Key Responsibilities: Act as the face of Deccan Prefab in the Maharashtra region for German Tent sales. Identify and meet potential clients, especially event decorators and marquee rental businesses. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Provide product demonstrations, explain specifications, and offer customised solutions based on client needs. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as required. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends. Coordinate with the central sales and production team to ensure timely delivery and service. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and client interactions. Requirements:Proven field sales experience, preferably in the event, tent, or construction materials industry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
