Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities via cold calling, emailing, and networking.

• Sales Process Management: Handling the full sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiating terms and closing the deal

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining detailed records of clients in a CRM system and providing post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.

• Market Knowledge: Researching competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.

• Sales Reporting: Preparing sales reports, tracking quotas, and providing forecasts to management

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal/written communication and the ability to negotiate pricing and contract terms effectively.

• Sales Techniques: Proficient in presentation, demonstration, and persuasion techniques.

• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.

• Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and a focus on ROI.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and virtual meeting tools.
