Role Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive to develop partnerships with preschools and educational institutions.

The role involves extensive field travel, meeting school owners, principals, trustees, and other decision-makers, conducting product presentations, generating leads, negotiating, and converting opportunities into successful business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads from preschools and educational institutions.

• Meet school owners, principals, trustees, and key decision-makers to explore business opportunities.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective institutions.

• Build and maintain strong and professional client relationships.

• Handle negotiations, regular follow-ups, and business closures.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and daily activity reports.

• Represent the organization at exhibitions, seminars, education events, and networking opportunities.

• Conduct market visits and gather information regarding competitors and market trends.

• Develop new school partnerships and expand the organization's institutional customer base.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Education Sales, Business Development, or a similar role will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills may also apply.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Confident personality with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders such as school owners, principals, and trustees.

• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

• Comfortable with extensive field travel.

• Valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Candidates having their own vehicle will have an added advantage.
