We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing business deals with HR and Talent Acquisition teams of various organizations. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building long-term business relationships.
Identify and approach potential B2B clients (HR and Talent Acquisition teams).
Pitch Argent Jobs’ recruitment solutions and staffing services to decision-makers.
Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM with leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect client requirements and work closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful fulfillment.
Represent Argent Jobs at networking events, job fairs, and HR forums.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in HR services, recruitment, or staffing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
Ability to interact and build rapport with HR and TA professionals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
