Role Objective
This is a pioneering field sales role responsible for:
Building dealer & retailer network from scratch
Generating B2B commercial business
Expanding company presence across Nashik district
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer Network Development
Identify and onboard furniture retailers
Build long-term relationships for repeat business
2. B2B Project Sales
Visit offices, clinics, shops, etc.
Understand requirements & close furniture projects
3. Lead Conversion
Follow up on leads from IndiaMart, Google Ads
Conduct meetings and convert enquiries into orders
4. Market Mapping
Identify dealers, architects, interior designers
Track competitors & pricing trends
5. Reporting
Maintain CRM records
Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate (HSC acceptable with strong experience)
Experience: 2 to 5 years in field sales (furniture/building materials preferred)
Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Nashik market
Languages: Marathi (preferred), Hindi, basic English
Transport: Own two-wheeler required
Tech Skills: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic smartphone tools
