Job Title: Business Consultant (Field Sales)

Location: New Mahaveer Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi – 110058
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (plus attractive incentives and extra perks)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Consultant (Field Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective field engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential clients.

• Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Gather market feedback and report trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Proven experience in field sales or business development preferred (freshers may also apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Must be comfortable with fieldwork within assigned areas.
