Job Title: Sales Executive – Wellness Centre & Products
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell wellness services and products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for both the wellness centre and product line.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell wellness centre services (spa therapies, fitness programs, holistic treatments, Medical Shops, Dealer & Distributors etc.)
Drive sales of wellness products
Identify and generate new leads through calls, visits, and networking
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (wellness, healthcare, FMCG, or similar industry is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of wellness products and services
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Experience Required
1–4 years of experience in sales in B2B sales
Working Conditions
Work from wellness centre / office and field visits
Flexible hours including weekends (if required)
Travel for client meetings and promotional events
