Job Description

· Having a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

· Prior experience working in marketing & sales

· Excellent communication

· Knowledgeable in strategic planning and project management

· Experience- 0 to 5 Years

· To Onboard or deboard SMB

· To handle all issues related to SMB

· To ensure cash collection from SMB (Swapping fees & others)

· To ensure partner follows all Battery Pool SOP

· To ensure SMB is aware of Battery Pool Driver & SMB referral policy

· To ensure the targets of onboarding SMB are met MOM

· To ensure COCO station setup cost is minimized by finalizing the best location at optimum cost

· To identify SMB’s who can run our coco by paying the franchise fees

· To assign team members for hunting leads of new SMB in a new city or region by managing the operations of currently assigned city
