Disha Estate Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clients, promoting properties, and closing deals while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Stay updated with all new and ongoing real estate projects along with complete details
Understand client requirements and convincingly present suitable property options
Arrange and conduct property site visits as per client needs
Consult clients on how to buy a home quickly and at the best market value
Guide clients throughout the negotiation process to ensure maximum value
Respond to client queries related to property details, contracts, and terms of sale
Promote realtor services within the local community through marketing and networking activities
Maintain, update, and manage property listings on various platforms
Handle lead management, follow-ups, and customer relationship management (CRM)
