Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves both acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support)
Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on industry)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
