🔹 Job Overview:

Digital Adda IT Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Field Executives who can actively represent our brand in the field. The candidate should be confident, presentable, and capable of converting leads into customers through face-to-face interaction.

The role is divided into two operational categories:

🔸 Category 1: Corporate Sales Visits

- Visit corporate offices, co-working spaces, and IT parks in Noida.

- Promote the company's digital marketing services, training programs, and product offerings.

- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and generate leads and closures.

- Distribute brochures and explain service benefits to HRs, managers, and business owners.

- Maintain a daily visit record and report to the manager.

🔸 Category 2: Public Space Promotions

- Visit high footfall areas like metro stations, markets, colleges, and parks.

- Distribute pamphlets, flyers, and business cards to potential clients.

- Explain offerings to walk-ins or passersby in a simple and engaging way.

- Participate in outdoor campaigns and local events organized by the company.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Street-smart, presentable, and self-motivated.

- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.

- Bike is NOT mandatory – local area travelling can be managed by walking/public transport.

Must be comfortable with daily field visits and lead generation targets.

💰 Salary:

- Salary is performance-based and will depend on skills & experience.
