Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have experience in field sales, client coordination, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and market research.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, dealers, project managers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct client visits and product presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
Track sales activities, maintain client records, and provide regular sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, field sales, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Strong follow-up, relationship management, and target-achievement skills.
A technical or engineering background would be an advantage, depending on the product portfolio.
