Job Title: Sales Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Chennai (Project Sites – Madipakkam & Pallikaranai)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 0–5 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet prospective customers and explain property details

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options

• Conduct and assist with site visits

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with the sales team and stay updated on market trends

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Automobile, Retail, FMCG, Education, or any customer-facing sales role

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Willingness to work in field sales and travel to project sites

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

• Real estate experience is an added advantage
