Identify and source new customers through open market activities for gold loan products.

Conduct field visits to potential customers and build relationships to promote gold loans.

Explain product features, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead generation and closure.

Ensure end-to-end process completion from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Maintain strong follow-up with customers and ensure excellent post-sales service.

Ensure adherence to internal processes and RBI regulatory guidelines.
