Job Description

🔹 Selection & Training:

• इंटरव्यू क्लियर होने के बाद 3 से 5 दिन की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी।

• ट्रेनिंग में कंपनी के कार्य के बारे में पूरी जानकारी दी जाएगी।

• मेडिकल से जुड़ी बेसिक जानकारी (बीमारियों और दवाइयों के बारे में) सिखाई जाएगी।

• कस्टमर हैंडलिंग और कस्टमर डीलिंग के तरीके सिखाए जाएंगे।

🔹 Growth & Promotion:

• 6 महीने तक कंपनी आपको अलग-अलग प्रमोशन लेवल देगी और आपका वर्क प्रोफाइल भी बदलता रहेगा ।

• 6 महीने के बाद, यदि आपने काम अच्छे से सीख लिया और मैनेजर पोस्ट के लिए इंटरव्यू क्लियर कर लिया, तो कंपनी आपको मैनेजर के रूप में नियुक्त कर देगी। मैनेजर बनने के बाद कंपनी 35000 से 50000 तक की सैलरी देती है

• ट्रेनिंग में दी गई मेडिकल जानकारी के आधार पर Patient को सही जानकारी देना।

• Patient को उनकी हेल्थ प्रॉब्लम का कारण और समाधान समझाना।

• ऑफिस के पेपर वर्क को सीखना और संभालना।

• टीम के साथ फील्ड वर्क करके प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव लेना।
