Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our publishing house in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our publications (print and/or digital) to retailers, academic institutions, libraries, and other partners across Noida and neighboring regions. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who is passionate about books and driven by targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales channels across schools, colleges, bookstores, libraries, and distributors in and around Noida.

• Promote the company’s titles and new releases by meeting with clients and conducting product presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

• Attend local book fairs, academic conferences, and promotional events to represent the company and generate leads.

• Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and promotional support.

• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify sales growth opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communications, and forecasts in CRM tools or internal systems.

• Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Literature).

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in publishing, education, or FMCG sectors.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.

• Knowledge of the Noida/Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR market is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for mobility in local territory).
