Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition:

   • Identify and source new customers for CASA products through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.

   • Onboard customers by assisting in account opening and documentation.

2. Target Achievement:

   • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly CASA targets.

   • Work under pressure to achieve sales goals.

3. Cross-Selling:

   • Promote other banking products like FDs, RDs, debit cards, insurance, etc.

4. Customer Service:

   • Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

   • Resolve customer queries related to accounts and banking services.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

   • Ensure proper KYC documentation as per RBI guidelines.

   • Adhere to internal bank policies and regulatory norms.
