Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through online research, calls, and business platforms.

• Contact potential clients (calls, WhatsApp, email) to introduce our services.

• Explain Commodity Board offerings clearly and professionally in English.

• Maintain follow-ups with prospects to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Update and manage client data and follow-up records in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good spoken and written English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, CRM preferred).

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Able to handle lead generation and sales calls confidently.

• Freshers can apply; prior sales experience is an advantage.
