Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, and real estate investors.
Communicate project USPs, features, pricing, and key selling points clearly to potential clients.
Handle discussions on pricing, negotiations, and compliance-related requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop effective strategies and contribute local market insights specifically for Goa State.
Ensure smooth coordination with clients from lead generation to deal closure.
Participate in property visits, client meetings, and promotional events as required.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations for clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Very good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong ability to articulate ideas, understand customer needs, and present information clearly.
Proven experience connecting with premium client segments such as HNIs and NRIs.
Ability to manage negotiations and handle sensitive client discussions professionally.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Prior experience in luxury real estate, hospitality sales, or high-value product sales is preferred and others .
