CKS Acoustics is expanding across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh & Maharashtra — and we're looking for a Sales Executive who loves the field more than the desk. About CKS Acoustics CKS Acoustics is a Gujarat-based, 'Make in India' focused, upcoming international audio brand — headquartered in Gandhinagar. CKS designs and builds a full range of professional audio and event solutions like PA systems, cinema sound systems, line array speakers, installation speakers, and stage light & curtain systems. Led by Founder Akshay Shah, a 30+ year veteran of the audio industry, CKS is built on a simple belief: ethical business, strong after-sales support, and a win-win-win model for the customer, the employee, and the founders.
What you'll do: → Meet 2+ dealers/integrators/venues daily → Build relationships with Audio Dealers, AVSI Integrators, Hospitality venues (restaurants, cafes, gyms) → Own your territory — from first meeting to closed deal Your day-to-day tasks: 🔹 Research & identify prospects in your territory 🔹 Source leads through market visits, trade shows, referrals, online research 🔹 Conduct structured sales meetings — understand needs, present solutions 🔹 Prepare and send proposals/quotations within 48-72 hours 🔹 Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals 🔹 Follow up consistently on pending proposals 🔹 Maintain post-sale relationships — coordinate delivery, resolve queries, gather feedback 🔹 Track competitor activity and market trends 🔹 Keep CRM and daily/weekly reports updated.
Who we're looking for: ✔️ 1-3 years of field sales experience (B2B/B2Ch preferred) ✔️ Graduate/Diploma (MBA/PGDM a plus) ✔️ Valid driving license ✔️ Someone who's comfortable being on the road and online sales meetings.
