Job Purpose The role will be responsible to drive sales and customer acquisition for home loan and mortgage products, and contribute to the organization’s revenue growth through direct sourcing and strategic networking. This role involves generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting field visits, and ensuring end-to-end loan processing with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products • Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the company’s business • Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business • Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan • Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans • Maintain credit quality • Onboard new channel partners • Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications. Required Qualifications and Skills: • 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector • Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales preferred; Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered • Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region • Excellent interpersonal skills • Customer handling and relationship-building abilities • Result-oriented and self-motivated • Strong negotiation and influencing skills Educational Qualifications: • Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required) • Having a two-wheeler will be an added advantage
