Hiring: Field Sales Executive / Manager | Real Estate (B2C)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive / Manager to handle end-to-end B2C real estate sales. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and closures, along with maintaining strong post-sale customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field activities and events
Meet clients and conduct site visits
Present project details, pricing, and payment plans
Handle objections and close sales
Maintain post-sales follow-ups for referrals
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility
1 - 12 years of field sales experience (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven sales closure experience
Willing to work weekends and travel to sites
Basic CRM and MS Office knowledge
Graduate in any discipline
Working Details
Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday
