Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Interactive Flat Panels (IFP)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) to schools, colleges, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for field sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions within the assigned territory.
Introduce and demonstrate Interactive Flat Panel solutions to principals, management teams, and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to generate business opportunities.
Identify new prospects and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Arrange product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with decision-makers.
Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and field activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of demonstrations and sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales or field sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in selling to educational institutions will be preferred.
Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
Candidates must be comfortable with extensive travel and daily field visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proactive, disciplined, and relationship-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage territory efficiently.
Experience in B2B direct sales and institutional selling is preferred.
Performance Expectation:
This is a field-intensive role. The primary expectation is to ensure regular and systematic visits to all schools and colleges within the assigned territory, build relationships with key stakeholders, and create business opportunities for Interactive Flat Panel solutions.
Note : There are no fixed sales targets; performance will be evaluated based on market coverage, customer engagement, lead generation, and relationship-building efforts.
